These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YTSummarAI (the "Service") operated by Dyptan Oleksandr (individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine), reachable at support@ytsummarai.xyz ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
YTSummarAI is a Telegram bot and accompanying web pages that produce AI-generated summaries of YouTube videos. The Service is accessed by sending messages to the bot @YTSummarAI_bot on Telegram. We do not host YouTube videos; we fetch publicly available subtitles via third-party providers and process them with AI models to produce a summary.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Your "account" with us is your Telegram chat — we do not maintain separate logins or passwords. By using the bot, you authorise Telegram to disclose your Telegram user ID and basic profile fields to us so the bot can identify your messages.
The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy Inc. ("Lemon Squeezy") acting as Merchant of Record. By subscribing you accept Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service in addition to ours. Subscription pricing, renewal cadence and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the in-app Billing tab or from Lemon Squeezy's customer portal; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period (see the Refund Policy).

We may suspend or terminate access for any account violating these rules.
The Service code, brand and design are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you provide; you grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of operating the Service (fetching the transcript, sending it to AI providers, returning the summary, storing it for your subsequent retrieval).
AI-generated summaries are provided to you under a non-exclusive licence; you may use them for personal and commercial purposes, but the underlying YouTube content remains the property of its rightsholders.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI summaries can contain errors, omissions or hallucinations. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 50 USD, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service at any time by typing /stop to the bot or by deleting your chat with it. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the bot and on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
